To John Mayer With Love

WE might have to wait until Nove­me­ber 17th to hear what John Mayer’s new record “Bat­tle Stud­ies” will sound like, but of course JOHN MAYER doesn’t.

Today on twit­ter John Mayer tweet’d:

“Here it is! The final mas­ter. Gonna pop it in and jump in the pool. Where the water will mask my tears.”

I feel so lucky to have got­ten to watch John Mayer cre­ate this record. It all seems to have hap­pened SO FAST.

Hav­ing done noth­ing more than watch John work on his record from afar, I feel a lit­tle sad to see this stage of the process come to the end so I can’t even imag­ine how he must feel!!

John likened it to the end of a pregnancy.

And that means there will be a new­born in the house soon!!!!!!!!!

I can’t wait.
